Exercise mat or yoga mat?? Pilates?? - can i use a camping mat for pilates

Do not tell my Pilates DVD on hard ground work (that's exactly what I do not see how I do that somewhat) wrong before, so now I need a rug, but there is so types. Some are camping and exercise mats, yoga mat, there are some who have even put together, it would be better for Pilates?

Those who are on the DVD seem more beds in the stands, it is difficult to know what you actually use.
